Hi, I’m Shannon.

Before launching Swirls By Shannon, I spent seven years primarily in software sales building relationships, solving problems, and helping companies grow. After being laid off unexpectedly in 2025, I decided to take a chance on myself and build something of my own.

The idea for Swirls came from a simple observation. A friend rented a soft serve machine for an event, but it wasn't a full-service experience. Guests had to figure everything out themselves, and I couldn't believe nobody had created a truly mobile, full-service soft serve experience that could work indoors or outdoors.

I saw a gap in the market and decided to fill it.

Today, Swirls By Shannon is the only dedicated mobile soft serve experience of its kind serving the Greater Boston area. We specialize in corporate events, employee appreciation programs, client events, happy hours, weddings, mitzvahs, galas, resident events, and premium celebrations. We do not operate as a traditional ice cream truck or sell individual cones. Every event is privately booked and thoughtfully curated.

What makes Swirls different isn't just the ice cream.

It's the service. It's the attention to detail. It's the hustle, work ethic, and genuine love for people that I bring to every event.

We arrive fully equipped for indoor or outdoor service and only require access to a dedicated power source. We serve premium 10% butterfat soft serve alongside carefully selected toppings and sauces sourced from local New England suppliers whenever possible.

Most importantly, I'm incredibly proud of what Swirls By Shannon has become.

What started as an idea after a career setback has grown into a business trusted by some of Boston's leading companies, property managers, schools, nonprofits, and event professionals.

At the end of the day, soft serve ice cream is just the vehicle.

Creating moments that bring people together is the real product.
